REAL, PRACTICAL, AND EXCITING TRAINING!

PHILOSOPHY: In our classes, seminars, and instructional materials, the objective is to facilitate self-actualization through the learning process of the physical, psychological, and survival skills that are offered by Systema Russian Martial Art.

WHO ARE THE STUDENTS: Systema is ideal for people with no martial arts background and is an excellent complementary skill set for soldiers and officers in law enforcement and security, as well as experienced fighters of any martial arts and military backgrounds.

CLASS SIZE: To ensure individual approach and fast learning, average class size is 10-30 people.

AGE: Training is open to anyone 17 years of age and older.

INSTRUCTORS: Vladimir Vasiliev   teaches many classes himself. Highly trained Instructors are also available to teach classes, thus you learn first hand from top experts.

CLOTHING: There are no uniforms. Sweatpants and t-shirt or any comfortable street clothing is recommended. You are encouraged to wear a Systema shirt. Short & long sleeves, tank tops, and sweat shirts are available in a variery of colours and styles. See collection here: Systema Clothing
Visitors are welcome to wear Systema shirts from their school locations.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: We also offer PRIVATE LESSONS, VIDEO SESSIONS, CORPORATE TRAINING, SPECIALIZED INSTRUCTION and SEMINARS that are available along with any other component of training by appointment.
